Build a Life You Don't Have to Recover From
You don’t need another wellness hack.
Together, we’ll get curious about what’s draining you, question what isn’t working, and build healthier habits one small step at a time—so instead of getting better at recovering from your life, you can create one that naturally sustains you.
Get Your Free Action PlanHealth coaching is available whether or not you’re a Phoenix Rising Primary Care patient.
Health Coaching for Real Life
Most of us don’t need another lecture about vegetables, exercise, stress, or sleep.
We know. Our vegetables know. Everyone knows.
The problem is knowing what supports our health and actually doing it on a random Wednesday when we’re tired, stressed, hormonal, overscheduled, and suddenly very invested in reorganizing a closet.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a clinical health educator and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and my job isn’t to give you another list of things you should do. It’s to get curious about why the things you genuinely want to do aren’t happening—and figure out what might actually work.
Sometimes that means changing a habit, setting a boundary, taking a smaller step, or admitting that your beautifully color-coded wellness plan was designed for an imaginary person who does not, in fact, live your life.
We coach the person who exists.
My approach combines evidence-based behavior change strategies, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and coaching around the things that matter in midlife—from sleep and stress to strength, hormones, metabolic health, and feeling like yourself again.
We experiment. We learn. We adjust.
No shame. No perfection. No requirement to become someone who joyfully meal preps twelve identical containers of chicken and broccoli every Sunday.
Because your health plan should fit your life—not require you to acquire an entirely different personality in order to follow it.

Why Membership?
Lasting change takes time.
Healthy habits aren’t built in a single conversation. That’s why coaching is offered through memberships rather than one-time sessions.
Each membership begins with a three-month commitment, giving us time to understand your goals, build sustainable habits, and create meaningful change. As your needs evolve, your level of support can evolve with you.
