Insurance: We do not bill insurance for membership services. Laboratory testing, imaging, specialists, and other outside services may still be billed through your insurance when applicable.
Who we see: The Midlife Health Clinic serves adults and does not provide pediatric primary care.
Functional assessments: Testing such as VO₂ max, DEXA/body composition, strength, and mobility assessments are performed through community partners and interpreted as part of your care plan.
Membership includes: Medication management, hormone therapy when appropriate, preventive care, chronic disease management, and secure patient communication.
